Shabby Chic Breakfast Nook For Sale – CeCe Caldwell Simply White

February 15, 2013

One of the best parts of refinishing furniture is picking up furniture and seeing places all over the island.  This breakfast nook came from Ewa beach in a house that looked over the crystal blue ocean.  What a view!

I wanted to refinish this breakfast nook because I know many people live in small condos and apartments here and thought this would be perfect for a small place.

The leaves on the side of the table prop up to make the table 36″ by 36.”  The table is 36″ tall and when the leaves are down the table is 18″ by 36.”

I recently freshen up my farmhouse style dining room table in Fusion Mineral Paint's Picket Fence and did a custom mix of Lichen and Picket Fence on my Buffet.

All of the furniture pieces with the exception of the industrial shelving unit are used pieces that I've re-homed and painted with Fusion Mineral Paint.

Brick Fireplace Makeover in White

I just repainted our brick fireplace using Fusion Mineral Paint. I still need to do a few more coats of black paint on the 90's gold but I'm loving it so far! First I dry brushed on a coat of Lamp White but it looked too cool in tone so I dry brushed on my go-to off white, Champlain on about half of the bricks to warm it up.
