Nursery Chest of Drawers in Little Speckled Frog

Adrien of Freckled and Free found me this chest of drawers for only $25!  I was so happy as our new nursery/guest room is small and this piece is the perfect size with the deep drawers needed for a changing table.

The prep on this piece was pretty quick.  I removed the hardware, vacuumed the whole piece off and applied Ultra Grip all over and let it dry overnight.  I then painted two coats of Little Speckled Frog from the Tones for Tots Collection.

I love how this chest turned out!!

I gently distressed the piece just a tad.

I can't wait to get the whole nursery set up.  We aren't finding out the baby's gender so Little Speckled Frog is the perfect gender neutral color!

I recently freshen up my farmhouse style dining room table in Fusion Mineral Paint's Picket Fence and did a custom mix of Lichen and Picket Fence on my Buffet.

All of the furniture pieces with the exception of the industrial shelving unit are used pieces that I've re-homed and painted with Fusion Mineral Paint.

I just repainted our brick fireplace using Fusion Mineral Paint. I still need to do a few more coats of black paint on the 90's gold but I'm loving it so far! First I dry brushed on a coat of Lamp White but it looked too cool in tone so I dry brushed on my go-to off white, Champlain on about half of the bricks to warm it up.
